Oyster beat Prince Arthur

Captain Sue Swan had another friendly home fixture against one of our future Invicta League opponents last Saturday, when we hosted Prince Arthur (Gillingham).
We had won away at their place recently, so Prince Arthur were looking for revenge in this return match. However, from the off, we looked the stronger team, and took and held the lead from the first of 18 ends, winning 4 of the 7 rinks by 135 – 104.
Once again the score was bolstered by a highest winning rink by the partnership of Sandie & Dave Bartlett, this week aided by Leslie Brown, with their high score of 27-11. Well done all
