County Fours

On Wednesday 5 March, our county fours side of Paul C, Joe V, Dave F and Tom A play their quarterfinal match against a team from Swale, at Swale.

Oyster got off to a quick start. After a few ends Oyster elected to ‘bring the mat up’ and played short jacks. The decision to change the length saw Oyster push on and, in dominant fashion, they secured the win. Score 9-29.
They now wait to find out who their opponents will be in the semifinal, which will be played on a neutral green.
Extra kudos to Paul Causer who will now qualify for his County badge, once he plays in the semifinal.
