Oyster win away – but actually lose

Today, Saturday 14 June, Captain Sue Swan took a mixed team of 6 triples away to Prince Arthur (Gillingham), to play a game of bowls in the Summer Series. As usual in these friendly games, there is much banter and laughter, as well as some serious bowling. Today Oyster won 4 of the 6 triples, but due to heavy defeats by our other two rinks, we lost the overall match 105-90. Our highest winning rink today was Charlotte Whiteway, John Snook and Dave Turner. Well done everyone though. 🦪 ⚫️
