Oyster back on the winning trail

Following our two recent narrow defeats to Ashford, Oyster bounced back with aplomb today (Saturday 5 July). We hosted our friends from White Oak to another of the ‘Captain Sue Swan Summer friendlies’. To start with it was nip and tuck across all rinks, with the lead changing many times. However, by the half way tea break, Oyster had a commanding lead, and although a couple of the rinks finished quite close, we did win on all rink (6/6), by 130-75.
The highest winning rink could have gone to any of three teams, but in the end it was won by Sandie Bartlett, Michael Lloyd and Dave Bartlett (25-9).
